Notes on accuracy

  1. For over thousands of dB of shielding effectiveness, some of the calculations may not work due to numerical overflow.
  2. These calculations assume constituitive parameters independent of frequency which is not always a reasonable assumption.
  3. Material constituitive parameters of pre-defined materials are approximate and do not account for the sometimes very major frequency dependence of these parameters (especially the relative permeability of ferromagnetic materials)
